lovely stay
warm greeting clean room delicious breakfast
christian greeted me warmly on arrival. the room had everything i needed and was very clean and quiet. breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available. i really enjoyed the beautiful gardens too.
the mattresses were a bit soft for my preference however i still slept well.

my standard double room had fresh towels and a kettle was available. the bed was big and i found the room very clean. hot water was always available in the shower.

The location is a short walk from the town center, so convenient. The host, Christian, was helpful. I appreciated the delicious Scottish breakfast prepared each morning! I definitely recommend this place.

immaculate garden super clean room really good breakfast available parking
the garden were immaculate with seating. my room were super clean. the bed have crisp, clean linen. breakfast were fantastic and i enjoy the host, he were friendly and helpful. the parking were available too.
one very minor point were the stairs is a little steep, but this weren't really a big issue for me.

I appreciated the superb location, easy to reach restaurants. the super clean rooms and comfortable beds assured a good rest. linen was crisp and clean. ample parking was available. This added convenience.
The breakfast, though good, did not offer a wide choice of eggs. fried eggs were the only option. I would have liked more variety.
